The Platform is owned by Codetentacles Technologies, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office at Wakad, Pune (hereinafter referred to as "Platform Owner", “we”, “us”, “our”). Your use of the Platform and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") as applicable to the Platform, including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by reference.
By mere use of the Platform, you shall be contracting with the Platform Owner, and these terms and conditions, including the policies, constitute your binding obligations with the Platform Owner.

You agree not to use the Platform and/or Services for any purpose that is unlawful or forbidden by these Terms or applicable laws.
The Platform Owner shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
All orders are delivered within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Domestic Shipping: Orders will be delivered within 3 to 4 weeks from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or customs delays.
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected and approved within 2 days.
